Tenth Anniversary Gala

Celebrating 10 years of Blood sometimes (Macbeth, Lucia) sweat and tears but a joy to participate in. As stated in a recent article in the Vancouver Sun

"We think of opera as big, lavish, and very expensive. Yet going against all those seeming verities of the opera scene, this is the 10th anniversary season of Vancouver's Opera Pro Cantanti opera company, an organization that tells a very different story of lyric theatre and how it isn't just about big stages and international prima donnas".

Our name "Opera Pro Cantanti" means Opera For the Singers which reflects the wide variety of singers who love the art of Opera and gives them the opportunity to participate in this unique venue.
